If you choose to play for cash, you may raise a total of $20,000 per 12 month period.

iconCAN WE SERVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT THE EVENT?

Yes you can. However if playing for cash, the gaming area of the event must be roped off with no alcohol permitted in the gaming area. If it is for social fun only, alcohol is permitted in the gaming area.

iconWHO MONITORS THE EVENT?

Casino Royal Rentals owner/operator will be onsite for all events.

iconWHO DOES THE ADVERTISING FOR THE EVENT?

Casino Royal Rentals can help you market and advertise your event along with True Space Media. Contact us for details.

iconHOW MANY TABLES CAN WE HAVE AT THE EVENT?

You can have up to 15 gaming tables at one event when playing for cash. When playing for social fun, you can have as many tables as the venue space permits.

iconCAN WE HAVE AN OPEN INVITATION EVENT?

No. Unfortunately admission can not be open to the public and tickets or invitations must be present.

iconHOW MUCH OF THE GROSS REVENUE WILL GO TOWARDS THE CHARITY?

As much as 60% of the gross revenue depending on the facility and marketing costs of your event.

iconDOES MY EVENT HAVE TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE BC GAMING COMMISSION?

Yes, and we help you with that.
